I’m Nicola, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my apartment, “Villa Giustina,” in Tortolì-Arbatax, a corner of Sardinia where the sea meets the tranquillity of nature. I’ve always loved sharing the beauty and simplicity of these places, and I designed this space especially for those looking for a relaxing holiday filled with beaches, excursions and authentic local flavours.

The apartment

The accommodation is ideal for couples or families looking for comfort and freedom. It’s in a peaceful area, yet close to everything: the beaches of Orrì and Cala Moresca, the port of Arbatax and the centre of Tortolì.
The rooms are bright and welcoming, thoughtfully furnished to make you feel right at home — a place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Ogliastra.

My hospitality

I like to welcome guests with discretion and a willingness to help: I’ll be happy to recommend lesser-known beaches, traditional restaurants and itineraries between the sea and the mountains.
Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with your family, you’ll find a simple, genuine and peaceful atmosphere.
